When Asus ROG Phone 8 launched, it shipped with Android 14, but has since been updated to Android 15 (25 Feb 2025). This phone was originally released on 1 / 2024.
Upcoming updates?
Expected: Android 16
Asus has promised that Asus ROG Phone 8 will get Android 16. However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Asus might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
