When Motorola Edge 40 launched, it shipped with Android 13, but has since been updated to Android 14 (13 Apr 2024). This phone was originally released on 5 / 2023.

Expected: Android 15
Motorola has promised that Motorola Edge 40 will get Android 15. However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Motorola might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
