When Xiaomi Redmi 12 launched, it shipped with Android 13, but has since been updated to Android 14 (13 Jan 2024). This phone was originally released on 6 / 2023.

Xiaomi has promised that Xiaomi Redmi 12 will get Android 15. However, this is only the manufacturer's promise, as far as we know - Xiaomi might release even further updates to the phone later or might end support earlier on.
